"I thought I left my palm pilot in my room. After I checked out, I drove back to check and it took over 30 mins and talking with the Manager on Duty before they let me in the room again (although it still had not been cleaned and the next customer had not checked in). I found this very frustrating... the lady on the front desk was absolutely worthless, comfortable to stand there and watch me wait without even offering any explanations or help."
